Today practice is activating our organ. I feel much better after the exercise

今天老师带的经络瑜伽，很舒服

the practice this morning is very simple yet very good for my body. I love the slow motion of the stretching part and the wisdom that Teacher Veronica has taught us.

thankful to have this platform, early morning, created & ready there for me to plant multiple seeds, health seeds, 4 steps to be kind to others, n especially what a wonderful angelic wise teacher Endora remind us to physically n mentally in our central channel, having pen in our mind & a kick start for a coming up wonderful day!!

好快已经耒到3月尾。这个月的主题Tapas让我印象深刻。主要是老师有提到言语的艰修。这是我最近特别想种又障碍我的部分。感恩因为瑜伽让我更清晰自己要讲一些什么有意义的话。
