In our daily lives, we may experience some events or demanding situations that may cause us to feel sad, tired, or exhausted every now and then.
 
Some of us might experience a prolonged dull and dark period, or may even gradually find ourselves losing passion and interest in the things we used to enjoy.
 
Don’t be too hasty to dismiss these feelings. The sadness or negative emotions may develop into depression if prolonged or ignored, and it could affect our day-to-day activities.
